Bryan Larson, a certified home inspector and President of the American Institute of Inspectors (AII), brings a wealth of expertise to the field with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After a successful 20-year career as an engineer for several companies, Bryan transitioned to home inspection in 2003 to relocate his family to Bend, Oregon. Since attending his first AII conference in 2004, Bryan has been an active and dedicated member of the organization, contributing to its mission of advancing industry standards. Over the years, he identified significant gaps in online learning for home inspectors, including insufficient interactive training, outdated content, and a lack of practical, real-world application. Leveraging his engineering background and extensive inspection experience, Bryan now shares his knowledge to mentor and train other inspectors, fostering a new generation of skilled professionals.

Testimonial

Hi, I Just wanted to check in and say thank you for another great conference. The field trip to the truss company was fantastic and a learning experience I had been craving for years. Absolutely excellent. I’m grateful to have presenters like Mike, Glen, Peter and The other familiar faces whose names unfortunately escape me, sharing their experiences and know how. This is my 4th conference and every time I leave having learned something new to add to my inspection as well as something I’ve been doing wrong. These conferences have been a saving grace navigating my career towards success. All my pain in the butt questions are always answered why how what when and it sticks with me. Thank you. And also thank you to the behind the scenes ladies making the lunches possible this year and all the work they put in logistically otherwise. Community like this is not something offered by an online class and I look forward to the next one.
Thank You,
Inspector Brock ARNOLD INSPECTION SERVICES INC. RENO, NV
